When a customer tells you not to clip their cuticles and they did it anyway. Which now has created lots of hang nails. Plus filed my nails and left all rough edges. Not happy. Will not return!

i went in today to get my nails done and the guy who did them was really nice and kind and he didn't take a ton of time like a lot of people do and it turned out really good and cute!
