New Richmond Clinic, Westfields Hospital & Clinic is a great clinic with excellent service. It is easy to get appointments, and the clinic has a quick urgent care center. The wait room features a free little library with a good selection for adults and children. Patients never wait too long to be seen, and the facility is always clean with plenty of seating and parking. Free coffee is available down by the emergency room. The staff is friendly, professional, kind, and patient, always ready to help. The providers offer excellent medical care, and the check-in desk staff are always kind and happy. The clinic is highly recommended for convenience and easy access to care.
I love this clinic. In the wait room has a free little library chapter 4778 with a good selection for adults and children. At this clinic you never wait to long to be seen. It is always so clean with plenty of seating and parking. Free coffee down by emergency room. I see Dr. Dahl and I really like her and her staff. Very kind and patient. I highly recommend this clinic. I love that the bathroom is right near front desk for all of us who can't hold it to long!
This is a great clinic....it's easy to get appointments as long as you are okay seeing who is available, they have a quick urgent care center. I've been going for 10 years now and would highly recommend to patients who value convenience and easy access to care! I've also gone to the ED with my son. They were thoughtful and helpful.
I am new to this clinic. I have only been here a few months. I was able to find a doctor that would help me after several others refused. Everyone here has been amazing!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Medini, Dr. Benrude, and Karin the pharmacist. Everyone I have dealt with was caring and professional.
