I am a long time mortgage consultant and part owner of M&M Mortgage in Roseville, MN. My client just built a home in New Richmond with Derrick Custom Homes and they were outstanding to work with from every perspective. My client got a great deal and loved working with them, her realtor absolutely loved the communication and working with them and Sarah and the team were absolutely outstanding to work with from the mortgage side. Derrick has built homes around Hudson (where I live) as well and they build a beautiful home. I would highly recommend Derrick Custom Homes to anyone!

Had a great experience dealing with all Derrick personnel. Ron has a fantastic team. We had a custom home designed by an architect and Derrick worked well with the architect and had many great ideas. The office and field teams worked well together, Chris and Judd were fantastic. The quality throughout the home is top notch. If asked, I certainly would recommend that Derrick build your new home.
