The guys who came out were really nice. That being said the cost will break the bank. 2 hour minimum which is $1000. $250 every 15 minutes after. Time starts when they pull into your driveway. So guys started at 8am after hooking up to our water and our electricity they finally started work on the roof at 8:30. We only wanted the minimum time so at 9:22 am they stopped as they needed to put away their supplies. That’s part of the 2 hours. At 9:50 they came for payment because I guess that’s part of their time too. So after less than an hour of actual work on the roof I’m out $1000 and did I mention they hadn’t even gotten to removing the ice dam I had called about...read full review
