I had three competitive bid offers, and I chose Becker. Communication was prompt and easy. Eric kept an eye on the forecast and kept me informed as scheduling progressed during a very wet part of the season.
I always say the mark of a good company is not how well they do when things go right, but how well they do when things go wrong. And every job has something go wrong. My issue turned out to be minor, but my concerns were heard, it was attended to immediately, the company took responsibility, and everything turned out great. I found Eric Becker to be a very ethical guy. If I have any roofing problems in the future he's the one I'll call.
If you need a company to go the extra mile and do exceptional work this is the one. I needed maintenance done on our roof (leaking roof) and it's been pouring rain. I gave this company a call and Brandon came out same day durring his personal time to help us out. I can't recommend them enough. I was expecting to hear bad news about fixing our roof and he was honest about it only needed minimal work. He fixed everything right then and there. When we do need a new roof I know who to call and will recommend them to anyone looking for good roofers.
