Helgeson John D CPA

I would avoid this location. I've been coming to this location for 12 years now. Never had a problem. The person who did my taxes never filled out my bank information or they put the wrong bank information, but still that is lazy work. Why pay for laziness. Going to start looking somewhere else next year. I should have gotten my taxes back last week but no clue where they went or when I will get them. Save yourself the hassle and just go else where. I always enjoy John doing my taxes never had an issue in the 12 years.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took 5 weeks to get my taxes done. I left 2 voicemails asking how the progress is going. They ignored both of them and never returned my calls. After that I ended up going there to ask and the lady behind the counter was rude and seemed clueless. Finally after they finished my taxes they called me to let me know they were finished. That very day I showed up and she didn’t even remember calling me!! She also told me over the phone that I owe them $255. But when I got there to pay she said I owe $305. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, rude, overpriced, and completely embarrassing. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS

John was the best, he has done my taxes the last couple of years. But now that summit accounting took over that place went down hill. Took forever to get my taxes done, had to send out an email to every person just to get some information about my taxes, but even worse, they messed up my account number for my banking so now I have to hope the bank rejected my funds and have to just hope I get a paper check and it doesn’t get lost. I plan to not go back next year. My fiancé and I are going to look into other places at this point.
