Tommy and his team were great to work with. He understood our vision. With any build there are sometimes places you have to pivot in the plans, but having a builder understand what you want and able to suggest options is great. The quality of work and craftsmanship on the custom features of our home are outstanding. This is the 3rd new home I have built and by FAR the best quality and craftsmanship. It took us a while to find a builder that we felt understood what we wanted, would work with us to understand trade offs and refine our plans, and would communicate with us throughout the process. These were important because it was our first time building a house and we live over an hour away from the building site. We now feel extremely fortunate to have decided to work with Christel and Heiberger.
