I unfortunately, have waited too long to review, so I can not remember the guy I spoke with... But what a top-notch experience I had on March 12, 2025. I had a big job to get done, it was mid-week and I wasn't getting shipping confirmation as fast as I wanted..lol. So I placed a call and he understood and heard my concern, took my information, and got back to me within the hour. He was able to confirm with warehouse and shipping and said my material was being shipped next day...and it was!! I had material the next morning and was spot-on what I ordered! I will be using them next order! Thanks to all involved!

I ordered a single cast iron rod online then received a call the next day stating it was ready for pickup. The two guys who assisted me were polite and nice. Handed me the part, asked for a signature, and that was that.
The price wasn't too bad either
