I recently had all 4 tires on my 2007 Silverado replaced by the team at Silver Lake Auto's New Berlin location. I was very pleased with the tire selection, range and competence of service, time of completion, professional and friendly service, overall cost and even their helpful and timely shuttle service! I will definitely give them my business again.
Very helpful and considerate. Very clean and modern office. Not what you would expect at an auto service place. Quick diagnostic results. Unfortunately I can't comment on their repairs because my problem was too expensive to fix. The little I had done, I would recommend them.
Transmission failed for my 2020 F150 10 speed. Eric was able to locate and order another unit within a few days. Throughout the process Eric kept in contact with good and not so good news during the repair. Providing the loaner was key. Without it the total cost for this repair would have skyrocketed for me. Great service, awesome team working with the customer. Hope I never see them again... maybe for a mileage service. Thanks again!
