We had bought a 14 Passat from a small lot, the day after we bought it we started getting warning light. There was nothing In the computer at the time of test drive. We had taken it to another shop which did 1 test and said it needed a new engine. We brought it to Silver lake N.B. they did a full inspection and sent it to us WITH pictures and also recomended engine replacement. We decided to go ahead and do the new engine with silver lake. They kept me up on everything that was going on and we're able to get it in and done FAST! Needless to say we are very pleased with the service and YES HIGHLY RECOMED!!

Our service advisor Cameron and his crew at Silver Lake are top notch, very capable and easy to work with. They handled our troublesome hybrid with care and patience when things went wrong, and worked to the best of their ability to keep it going. They offered a free loaner while it was in the shop for an extended period, very helpful benefit.

I recently had all 4 tires on my 2007 Silverado replaced by the team at Silver Lake Auto's New Berlin location. I was very pleased with the tire selection, range and competence of service, time of completion, professional and friendly service, overall cost and even their helpful and timely shuttle service! I will definitely give them my business again.
