Great job! It was a smooth process, both at origin and destination, to move cross-country with good communication by Capitol North American. They also had the most thorough price quoting process of the 5 bidders for my move.
I moved from Wisconsin to Washington. I'm single in my early 50s. The entire team worked well together and this was the easiest move. I also had lots of personal help at both ends because I was driving my car over a couple of days. The driver and move coordinators seamlessly communicated with me and my designated co-helpers to schedule delivery. If I had questions, I asked and got timely responses. We were able to work out the delivery in WA without my being there. I did my part by clearly labeling boxes, etc. and being available on the day to receive phone calls and answer questions from the road. Great customer service beginning with first in apartment visit. Always helpful and friendly. Our driver and assistant were kind, curtiyous and helpful. Highly recommend North American.
