Michele is amazing! I had a little meltdown because my dad passed away recently, and Michele was super supportive and gave me the biggest hug! We decided if you can't cry in front of your optician, who can you cry in front of? I have been getting glasses from Hersloff for most of my life. They are wonderful!
Went for an exam, my first pair of glasses ever. They never measured my face to help fit the glasses. Never was told my pupil distance nor the results of the exam.
So I don't know what size frame nor what prescription I need! Most of the frames I tried on the bridge was clearly too small, and I even said that was my concern- but I felt like the woman was irritated by me trying on so many so I ended up choosing a pair that don't fit.
Edit to say: when I came to pick up my glasses I am pleased to find out I am at least able to bring in frames from elsewhere that do fit and have them put in lenses for 10$, a replacement fee. Turns out finding a bridge that fits varies...read full review
