I have to say that these people are amazing, caring and go way beyond what I expected. Their caring and kindness was greatly appreciated. Sarah is the most amazing and caring person, she listens to you and just knows what you want for your loved one and goes beyond . She is a special person and only special people like her can do this line if work. I can only say good things about her and Heritage and when it is mine time I will diffently be using them. I’d recommend the New Berlin location over and over. We’ve had 4 funerals in the last couple of years with them and everything has been outstanding. Amber is a funeral director and Paul Johnson really does go above and beyond during someone’s worst time in their life. Love all of stuff 🥰
