Brian is an honest and knowledgeable. Our basement had flooded during the massive rain fall and I was calling around for parts to repair our water heater. I was getting quotes for 3 times as much as the part normally cost. I called Midwest Water Heater and Brian gave me a fair price. He aslo instructed me on the replacement procedure. I thought I needed my water heater replaced after the big flooding Milwaukee experienced because I could not get the pilot light relit. I called at 9:30am and they were at my house by 12:30 the same day!! He looked at my water heater and ended up getting the pilot light relit and called it a day! AT NO CHARGE. When I do need a placement I will be calling Midwest Water Heater! Thank you!
