This morning, Jerry was the Aptive service representative that provided my treatment. Jerry is a super friendly and personable young man that places customer satisfaction as a priority. He has done treatment for me in the past and continues to consistently ensure all my service needs are met. He even remembers where my where my problem areas and bait stations are located. Jerry gets the job done and is a great representative for Aptive which means a lot to me!

Ben was amazing with the outdoor pest application. Also had mouse in our house. Set traps in basement and garage at entry points. Also put two external traps. Went to an appointment and when I got back had a mouse in a trap. Thank you so much Ben. Also thanks for answering all my questions.

Another great experience with an Aptive employee. Chris was not only friendly and thorough, he also removed a wasps nest hanging in our maple. Great customer care and we always get supporting photos! Excellent work! We’re very happy with Aptive service!
