Have to tell you this group of professionals are incredible to deal with. These people have taken me through an installation of an incredible fireplace. They took me through the selection of the fireplace and then the installation. I am sooo happy. They have followed up to make sure I was happy with the functioning of the fireplace and if I had questions after the fireplace was installed. To be clear. These are top notch. Dale from Custom Heating & Cooling is my hero! We had all sorts of issues at our cabin and thought it was the furnace. He helped troubleshoot inside and out and found we had had a lightning strike on our ground at the pole that was causing everything. Fixed it and we were back in action. (Ironically, when I asked Dale where he lived he said he had been out to our place once before. He was driving in the ambulance that took one of our hunting buddies who had had a heart attack in ‘91 during a big snow storm to the hospital.). So Dale has saved us more than once! Thank you!

Our furnace went out and we were given the news it had led a good, long furnace life and it was time for a new one as well as ac unit. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything they were doing. They were respectful to me and they were great with pets. We put in a new furnace, ac unit, and had our vents cleaned. Their prices were very fair. I’d recommend them to any friend.
