They got my mini split working properly after almost a year of fighting with RC heating and cooling. They had the problem fixed in an hr or less. I would NOT recommend RC heating and cooling as they don't stand behind their products or their workmanship!

Thank you so much for the fast response time and service. A benefit of small town living.
Much appreciated!
Have to tell you this group of professionals are incredible to deal with. These people have taken me through an installation of an incredible fireplace. They took me through the selection of the fireplace and then the installation. I am sooo happy. They have followed up to make sure I was happy with the functioning of the fireplace and if I had questions after the fireplace was installed. To be clear. These are top notch. Thank you Custom heating. I am one happy girl.
