We have been using Valley Temperature for several years and have always been very happy with their service. What prompted me to write this review was a recent emergency: on a weekend evening, we had a boiler with a frozen line that was pouring water nonstop. Without hesitation, they came to our rescue. Not only did they stop the water flow, but they also got our units back up and running when it was zero degrees outside. Consistently great quality work and genuinely very nice people. Technicians (Mason) are friendly and professional every time we've worked with them. Office personnel are friendly and easy to work with. Service is prompt and thorough. Wouldn't work with anyone else
took my Viking wine fridge to them when no one wanted to work on it. They diagnosed the problem same day and gave me an estimate. The part was hard to find and very costly so they took the time to make a universal part work with the unit and didn't charge more for the repair despite all the extra work.
