Great experience. I was feeling just horrible... Alex PA-C was so kind. Ordered an x-ray and some labs. He came back in with my results, a work note, and a prescription and I was on my way home to rest and heal. Everyone was wonderful from the check in team, the clinical staff, and the rad tech. Very appreciative of their work!!
Saturday morning I went to Neenah Urgent Care. Every person who I was in contact with was professional yet caring. They asked appropriate questions, then listened. I trusted them and felt they cared about me. So glad Neenah has this facility.
As aurora clinic wasn't staffed on the holiday, I came to theda care. From the time I entered until I left it was 40 min. to be registered, seen by nurse, seen by intern, X-rays taken, swabs taken, X-rays read and the intern prescribing and calling in meds. Doesn't get better than that.
