“Nutritional Healing may not be for everyone. But they were right for me! I can say that if I wasn’t at the end of my rope, I may not have stuck with it initially. After my first consultation and they tell you all the things you should not be eating and all the things you should be eating, to say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. But I knew I had to change for my health and I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. I took it day by day. I’m not saying I didn’t get frustrated or emotional because I definitely did in the beginning. Change is never easy. But I stuck to it and looked up recipes I could eat and found seasonings I could cook with and new foods that I realized I loved… again it took a little bit of time but after a short time, I could confidently say I was still loving the food I was eating (which was very important to me.) And on top of it, I was seeing health benefits and losing weight! Currently I’m 7 months into my 1 year program. The other day I was telling someone of my new way of eating (I do not say diet because I see diet as a short term where this program is a new way of living in my opinion) and the person said to me “Wow, that must be hard to maintain.” Without any hesitation I said “Actually it isn’t at all!” I’m very happy with my new way of living! And it definitely helped that I had a great family support at home. After reading some people’s negative reviews, I just wanted to share my experience! They very well may have saved my life!
