Megan made me eat buckwheat lol okay, she didn't force me, but I knew she was right. I had to listen to my body. Through lots of conversation and trials we realized my body would thrive with less animal protein in the morning and that's when I started enjoying buckwheat. This is just a very simple example of what she does. Communication, education, observation, listening to how your body and soul are connected. There's more to nutrition than calories, macros. There's your well being and mental health. Megan understands all that and will get you to a healthier you. I'm thankful to have met her!

Megan has helped me change my life. She has taught me a new way of living that just makes sense to me. From eating clean, nutrient-based food, to drinking clean water, to taking the cleanest supplements, she is just exactly who I was looking for. Megan is SO kind and understanding. She tailors this program to the individual. For me, I wanted to lose weight, help my PCOS and my RA. The supplements she suggested for my PCOS gave me a regular cycle for the first time since I was 16. I couldn't believe it. My inflammation is also better!
