Katie cleaned my teeth, and was a pleasure to work with. I met Dr. Green for the first time, and really like her. She checked my teeth, and we discussed a new mouth guard.

Great people great facility

Everyone was so kind. Even though I didn’t have the best news about my visit. The outcome was presented to me with great compassion. I was given choice's.

Excellent job and worked to save me money

I've been to dentist a few times. And I must say that Dr Meyers is excellent and done a terrific job on every procedure he did. I would recommend him to anyone. And the hygienist Lexi is awesome she makes you feel welcome evetime and even extended some helpful referrals that I need. But my disappointment was on my last visit with the cleaning I received. Not sure the of the person's name but she tried to get over on me and didn't do a professional job. I was supposed to get a deep cleaning and when she walked into the room, she said this is not going to take long, I just need to clean one tooth because my teethed looked fine! I asked her what about cleaning the rest of my teeth and she said I'll go around them really quick if you have time. Then she just sprayed water between them and did a quick polish and told me to use this toothpaste for my bleeding gums.... Not sure if she is the only one doing cleaning but I would be careful with that service. And I would definitely ask for someone else if f I went back for that. I wonder how many patients she has pulled this on. Otherwise, as I mention Doctor Meyers and Lexi were the best experience.

I put a review in a few months ago about the bad experience I received, particularly with the hygienist. And there seem to be more complaints about the same issue from other patients. But I called about a week ago to request my documents be sent to my new dentist. The guy who works in front took my paperwork and said he would send it over the same day. The day of my appointment at my new dentist, they said they didn’t have any of my records. I had to call to request the documents again while I was in the middle of the appointment and stop to refill and send back to them to get everything sent over again. Like, how do you take a signed form from someone and not fulfill it? That guy, the receptionist, will act all nice, saying 'sure, I'm sorry, yes sir, absolutely,' and it’s all fake. Glad I found a better dentist. I had so much build-up on my teeth from them not being cleaned properly. I would not go here unless it’s your only option! Snd I mean only!
