I have been using Jeff Tyczkowski for years who is now a part of the Hawkins Ash Company in Neenah/Menasha. He has always done a fantastic job making sure we have what we needed and answers any and all questions in a very timely manner. A non-profit I volunteer with utilizes Hawkins Ash out of Rochester. We have been fortunate and worked with very good people. They are knowledgeable and the questions they aren't sure about, they have been great about checking with colleagues for answers. My only complaint is we have been moved around with several different staff people over the 18 months we've been with H/A. With that said, the new people are always just as good as the previous person and the transitions to a new person have been relatively seamless.
