I have worked with customers for many years and to me customer service is huge. Most people will even pay more if they get good customer service.
That being said, I was impressed with the politeness of everyone throughout this whole process. From getting it scheduled, to the installers, to the return to install the piece that was short.
When I got the call to schedule the last piece I was told “We will work with your schedule as this was our fault.”
Although I feel this is the kind of service that should be the norm, it many times isn’t anymore.
We had a great experience with HJ Martin! Very professional and strong attention to detail. The sales staff take time to help and guide customers to the right style and fit for your home. The installers were very knowledgeable and talented with their skill.

HJ Martin did an awesome job with replacing the carpeting in our basement. The installers were professional, and the quality was great; no issues at all. Overall, a great experience!
