I just had a service call from Arnold that was exceptional! I had tried to clean my own gas fire place any incorrectly placed the glass front. This caused heat to back-up and “fry” my fan. Arnold quickly diagnosed what was wrong and put a new fan, sensor, and switch. He then very thoroughly cleaned the entire fireplace inside and out including the logs, rocks, & ember material. Bottomline: Call the experts every couple years for routine maintenance AND CLEANING!! Thank You Arnold!

not sure why there’s so many negative reviews for this place, but I was just here and the staff was helpful and friendly. the guy even loaded the bricks I ordered into my car for me in this extremely cold weather. would recommend :)

The guys at Fox Valley Stone and Brick were wonderful to work with. Phil, the installers, the electrician did a great job taking good care of our home and communicating. I appreciate hiring a great ethical company. They came right in budget. Don't hesitate to hire these folks. Please let your installers know, we really appreciate them and their attention to detail!
