Called for a washer that wasn’t spinning. After a few questions Eric determined the board needed to be replaced. He checked model number and found out parts are no longer available for the washer. All over the phone, no charge for a service call. Greatly appreciated. Will definitely call Fox Cities Appliance in the future.
I just called about a dishwasher repair and rather than coming out and charging me for the visit, the man on the phone explained what was likely the issue and advised me that it will likely be cheaper for me to purchase a new machine. He went so far as to recommend types and brands. I will absolutely come back to this company when I need a repair. Excellent service.
