Very grateful for Joe’s Auto for taking the time to work on our ford transit van that is no common or easy fix! Our van broke down only a few minutes from his shop and we were stranded hours from home due to smoking brakes. He was very reasonable with the price of additional labor that was needed to diagnose the ABS control unit failure. We are relieved to say that our van drives smoother and brakes better than the day we got it almost two years ago. Can't say enough about Joe's Auto. Danielle and the team were fantastic, had us up and running in no time, explained every step and were honest and upfront.We were in from out of town , broke down on Sunday. When no other shops would even look at our vehicle for several days, even laughed at us, Danielle immediately got us a tow and diagnosed the issue(s) the same day. I’ve always had tire trouble on my 2018 Toyota Tundra since it was new. It got to the point recently where I asked Joe what one of the best tires out there was worth buying. He looked up some options for me and told me that Hankook Dynapro AT2 was one of the best. I went with those tires and what a difference!
