Platinum Nails muskego

I have tried several different salons in the area and although I was getting the same service they never charged me the same price. When I tried platinum nails a couple of months ago I have always been charged the same amount. My nails always look great. I am so happy with them.

Always love getting my nails done here! What a treat! Everyone is great and never had a bad experience. Last week Tim did my manicure and pedicure. All I can say is fabulous! ❤️

My first time coming here. My friend goes here and her nails always look nice and last long. I decided to give it a shot. I ended up having Tagi she’s super nice and took her time on my set and made sure everything was perfect and that I liked it till I cured it. Love this place will be coming back 100% recommend

My mom and I walked in for service. She wanted a basic mani and I wanted a basic mani and pedi. As I was picking my color, a lady came over with a nail board and said to “you choose one?” I didn’t know the board was for gel nails. As service proceeded, I was enjoying the man who was funny calling himself Peter Pan. I realized at the end of my nails that he had done to gel. I wasn’t happy but didn’t say anything. I then go to get my pedicure and he starts making fun of my feet. As he was scraping off the skin, he kept saying there was so much. I jokingly said it was snowing. There wasn’t that much. He was totally exaggerating. I was talking throughout to a friend who I haven’t seen for a while and he stopped joking around and almost seemed angry that my attention was not on him. I told him I wanted a basic pedi and he proceeded to do the gel. I was shocked when he said my total was $91! I didn’t say anything because the place was very busy. I would’ve paid this price at a spa and gotten better treatment. I had stopped going here before, heard there were new owners and tried it again, but I will not be going back.

I want to start by saying I have gone to this establishment before and have had great services during the week day hours.

I went with a girlfriend yesterday. We made appointments and expected we would have another great service…. Boy were we both very mistaken.

We both paid for the medium pedicure. Not the lowest but not the highest they offer. We were talking and quickly noticed how minimal effort was being put into our services. The scrub was 30 seconds…. No calius remover, a perafin dip that was put on for a minute and still fluid in the bag, just like they were going through the motions to get us out of the chair because they were busy.

My friend got gel and when she was done noticed how much polish and dead skin was left around her toes… she started picking it at at the drying station and then the man who did her pedicure told her to come back and he redid the service that should have been done the first time.

I quickly realized my feet had so much dead skin left on them because no scrubbing was done. When I go for a pedi I do not expect it to be perfect… but I could have done a way better job at home….. I was not happy when I went to pay and told the owner it was the worst service I received and could have done better at home myself. She came around the counter, told the girl who did my services she needed to redo it, i just needed to wait for my polish to dry……….45 minutes later after being forgotten twice she finally called me back. I went to leave and that is when she noticed ‘
Me….

She told me she didn’t want to scrub my feet because my skin is very thin and she didn’t want to cut me….. not once was this mentioned during service and I do not have thin skin at all…..

She then proceeded to cheese grade my feet with only the minimal callus treatment and raw dawging it.
Then following she covered my feet in oil to the point my foot was sliding through my shoe.

We paid, left and vowed to never go back.

A few hours later my girlfriend who paid extra for gel noticed two of her toenail polish’s have already fallen off!

We went back and they offered to fix for her but she just wanted a refund which they do not do….

Be careful to be very satisfied with your service before you leave….. we will not be returning to this establishment because of the countless errors that were made during our services….

This was my third time here, first two times my experience was fine. This time I went in for an another pedicure followed by a manicure (DIP) I wasn’t asked what kind of pedicure if I was I definitely didn’t hear her ask. So after she prepared my nails I told her I wanted the one above the classic. She then added the hot stone and paraffin wax. She never added the salts, she RUSHED through the paraffin and massage, literally about 2 mins of a massage. I kinda complained a little to my sister who was there with me, saying I feel like I shouldn’t pay for the one I got and only pay for classic. One of the other ladies must have told her I wasn’t happy so she grabbed her stuff told me to wash my hands (I was soaking them) and rudely said someone will do your nails. I sat for almost an hour before the same lady did my nails! My appointment was for 9:30 pedicure started around 9:40 and was done by 10:00 then I sat until 10 after 11 to get my manicure. Not happy was still charged for full service when it was rushed. I’m going to request Nelly from here on out!

Love coming here! I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, but Anna just did my nails and she did an exceptional job. She was so sweet and patient and really listened to what I wanted and they turned out beautiful!

Nelly and her coworker did an amazing job on my spring nails! I was super impressed with their speed and talent!

By far, the best pedicure I have ever had! Worth it! I will definitely be back. Thank you to the amazing stafff for the relaxing time and beautiful nails!
