I came into Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and I also had a couple of tail light bulbs out on my older truck. I received amazing service from Felix. He let me know that he could test the bulbs to determine if it was the bulbs or the harness. I had suspected the harness because I had already changed the bulbs. Felix made sure that the problem was not fuse first. Then, he tried to help save me money by trying to fix the end prongs of the harness that were bent instead of replacing the harness. I was in a rush and went to get an oil change and fuel filter change for an old diesel truck. When I arrived they didn’t have the necessary fuel filter for the truck however Felix was able to get the part in less than five minutes. While waiting for the part the crew performed the oil change service and Felix personally saw to the fuel filter to make sure it was changed promptly and properly. They were courteous and fast with the job and I appreciate Felix and the rest of the crew for the service. I would rate higher than five stars if possible.

Julio and Felix are the best . . . Nothing short of helpful. Felix even gave me a ride to and from work to pick up my car,which made my whole experience that much easier. And both did an excellent job.
