Rob is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He takes his time and is thorough with his inspection of homes. He walked my husband and I through everything he was looking at and what his findings were. Rob also explained what maintenance will look for various appliances in the home. Rob even took the time for our questions at the end of our inspection. Because of Rob we were able to confidently negotiate on our home further. His services are worth every penny and we will use and recommend Rob and Insight Home and Building Inspections LLC again and again!!!

We had Rob come out and inspect our home prior to purchase. He found some issues with the foundation and advised us on a couple of items to be aware of in the upcoming years. The seller hired a foundation repair person to come out. After the repair was complete I asked Rob to come out and take a look at the work that was performed. The work was not completed correctly. Again, Rob saved us $$$ by his expertise. The foundation was corrected by another company, Rob came out and finally the house was correct and we could complete the purchase. I highly recommend.
