Dr. Neilson was great. They need to invest in computers for the people in front. Handwritten orders for glasses is just insane for 2024. It takes way too long. I’ll go back but I’ll never buy glasses from there again.
I've been coming to Dewinter Eyecare for years. Even before they moved to this new spacious facility. I have always found the staff to be helpful, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Dewinter is passionate about providing the best possible eye healthcare. I have always been able to ask questions about the process, the tools, and the results. He is always willing to take time to make sure that I am absolutely comfortable.
This place is great! I began my journey at a nationwide chain where I was unstatisfied, so a friend recommened DeWinter. What a difference. Dr. Nielsen went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with my monovision. Judy was also super helpful in answering all my questions and ordering my contacts. Everyone in the office was friendly.
