When my water heater completely failed, Dave got back to me within minutes—on a holiday weekend no less! He listened to my concerns and advised what to do to make it through the next several days until he could fix it. He was transparent with pricing and even advised waiting until past the holiday just to save me the extra fees. Beyond that, his fees were considerably less than these larger corp quotes I was being given. He even offered to pick up the unit himself if the supplier could not get it in time. I definitely didn’t expect that.

We contacted Waukesha Plumbing late Wednesday afternoon about a water heater that would not come back on after our basement flooded. Dave fit us into his schedule early the following morning, even though I am sure he was super busy after our record breaking rain. We tried one more time the evening before our appointment to light the pilot light and we were able to get it going. We texted him to cancel the appointment at 9pm and offered to pay him for his inconvenience. He refused to take any money for loading the water heater into his van and the hole in his schedule. Had a refrigerator supply line problem and Dave came early the next morning and fixed that and also replaced the main house shutoff valve which was also broken. Huge help, I have hired him in the past and will continue to only call him. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
