Wow! Wow! We called and they came! After calling and talking with several local companies and being disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm or an outright response of, "No" we called Urban. We are from the area and over the years have seen Urban grow. Urban seemed to be in many places but for some reason we thought Urban was "out of our league" and we would not be able to afford them. I dealt with Mike who came out to give me a quote on a garage beam replacement. They didn’t end up taking it on due to the proximity and size of the job, but I had excellent communication throughout the process. Sometimes you have to chase down a quote with contractors, but Mike was professional, straightforward, and honest which is more than you can ask for these days.
