About Genesee Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC
Genesee Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC provides reliable heating and cooling service in the Waukesha County area. Customers report timely calls and polite, professional technicians. One reviewer was very pleased with the technician who heard something in the new air conditioner and returned the next day with a brand new one. Another customer had a mystery fan issue and appreciated the great communication and follow-up, noting that billing and payment is super easy. When an AC went out the night before the hottest day of the year, the owner arrived in under two hours and fixed it in 30 minutes, with fair pricing. A power surge shorted out a furnace switch on a 100-degree day, and a technician was at the home within an hour, being utmost professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Another AC failure on the hottest day was solved within minutes. The company is recommended to friends and family and is considered a go-to for future HVAC issues.
I had a great experience with Genesee Heating and Cooling! Aiden came out to work on my AC and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and gave me multiple options for addressing the problem.
I really appreciated how honest and fair he was throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I never felt pressured into anything.
I definitely recommend Genesee Heating and Cooling, and I hope you get the pleasure of working with Aiden if you need service. He was fantastic!
Extremely prompt AC service on a very hot holiday weekend!
I wish more companies had this kind of customer service. If more companies in the building trades were like this, I would feel a lot better about having them work on my house. They answered and took care of all my questions and concerns. I’ve had this company do some things for me in the past, so when it came time to replace my AC unit, I didn’t have any hesitation on who I wanted to do it. I kind of knew it was going to be a more difficult job compared to most, and the most important thing that mattered to me was that it would be done right. And in the end, I am more than satisfied with how it worked out. It’s always been a pleasure working with these guys.
