They excel in basic obedience training and have additional classes for dogs with special needs, such as shyness or reactivity. For Pet'S Sake is considered the best training school in the area, with trainers who can handle smart and busy dogs, making it a top choice for dog owners, even if it means traveling a longer distance.
Their Puppy Parties are amazing. I am so happy they offer this way to interact with other puppies; with trainers available to give feedback, redirect and help me with my own training practice during play time. I cannot recommend it enough!
I love going to class, as well as my dog! I have learned so much and they have many knowledgeable instructors. Believe me. We have tried many classes! Flyball, Nose Work, Obedience. Canine Good Citizen, Barn Hunt! Its a great way to spend time with your dog!
This is hands down the best training school in the area. Even under new ownership they excel. If you have a dog who needs basic obedience, they are wonderful. If you have a dog with special needs (like shy or reactive) they have additional specific classes for them. If you are looking for classes to ground you for therapy work, or obedience competition, this is the only local school I would look at for those tasks. If you have an extremally smart or busy dog who needs a trainer who can think on their feet and give you new ideas, this is the place. Honestly, I travel about 40 minutes when I have schools 10 minutes away because this school is just a cut above the rest....read full review
