I’ve been to so many places that file your nails away, pop acrylic nails off when they need to be repaired, Joaquim was amazing! She took her time to carefully file the color of my acrylic nails and applied polish to dissolve the acrylic on the nails that needed to be repaired. Keeping my nails healthy was a priority that I haven’t found often. It was a great experience!
Love this place and I’ve tried plenty They are warm and personable at the front desk (Tsao not sure I spelled her name right though — has worked 19 years with Utopia— says a lot!!!) Emma’s work was great too. They communicate about rare rate increase and give a cash discount. All in all truly a 5/5
I took my 8 year old daughter for her first pedicure, and she had a great time! Great service, great job. Comfortable and relaxing!
