All of the staff there is amazing, caring & helpful. They take the time to listen to your concerns & fully explain everything. Very happy with both visits we have had there. Nice to have a vet who works with special small animals right in our back yard.

The best thing we ever could have done for bam was switch his vet to The Racine Veterinary Hospital after a terrible experience at our old vet. The staff here did not give up on bam when he needed extra time to develop trust and love. They work with him in such a beautiful way. Huge appreciation to Hailey who has been working with him since November on “happy visits” where he can come, have treats, and get comfortable with staff and the vet. Hailey is a blessing and Bam absolutely adores her! This is from today and he had a whole lot of love to give her. If anyone knows how Bam could be, he wouldn’t let her come close to his feet or face a couple months ago! We love you Hailey!

Monty received the absolute best care during his recent dental! Dr. Jens & team took the time to explain everything to me & help me feel comfortable about my pug going under anesthesia. I 100% trust them with my boy & will always recommend them! Thank you all that were a part of Monty's care!

I have been taking my pets here since 1991. Great place. The pandemic has made it very difficult because you pull in, they take your pets in, then bring them out. You don't get that one on one visit you should because your pets can't speak. I would always give them 5 stars. Today, I only give 3 stars. I dropped off my pet at 8:30am for a dental procedure which I was told would be just a few hours. I called to check on him at 1:30ish..this was too long. They assured me he was fine and just waking up because they just finished. 5 hours. I was told I could pick him up at 3:15pm. Called at 3:17pm, paid for the procedure over the phone and waited. 20 mins go by. I called again. The receptionist never told them we were waiting. 30 mins go by, finally the are bringing him out. Almost 7 -1/2 hrs for a few hour appointment. Then to not let anyone know we've been sitting here waiting. Not very happy with this visit. Our pets are our children. Would anyone stand for this with a child? No. Maybe they are just caught up in the new building they've moved into. Is this going to now take away from the standard of care? A few hours in my opinion..I'll say 12:00 would have been a few hours. Not 7-1/2 hrs. I even had to call to make sure they did a chip scan as I asked because it wasn't in the paperwork. So did it really get done? I'll really never know. I'm a bit disappointed.

Dr. MANO has been our vet for more than 30 years. I reccomended numerous family & friends throughout those years. Fabulous, caring individuals all around!

I am sad that I will no longer have this vet as mine as I moved. But everyone here is so nice. They are not pushy or get weird if you do not want to purchase meds from them. The prices are reasonable. The person who I have to say goes above & beyond is Dr. Bruce. Not only is he funny & quirky and will have you laughing your arse off. He truly cares! This man would call me at like 8PM after the clinic has closed & he was still going through all the files of my dog who is 15 and has had so many different medications to try for his collapsing trachea. He always answered all of my questions. He worked with me to see what best fit my dog to help him live a comfortable life. Dr. Bruce is one of a kind and you can tell he has a passion to help animals & works with clients directly to find the best solution. I will miss you guys! Thanks for everything you did for my dogs.

Dr. Mano is the best vet in the area, he has been my vet for over 20 years. Offers options and takes the time to explain what issues must be addressed. Do not know what I would do for a vet. Been going to this Veternaray hosptial for all 7 of my labs.

We have been taking our babies to RVH for over 25 years. We have received wonderful and compassionate care from ALL the doctors but Dr. Nancy Emmerich has been a great support for me. She was amazingly supportive during a horrible illness that our black lab had years ago and more recently, the end of life care of our flat-coat retriever. I wish I could find a doctor who cares as much as these doctors.
