Our AC was 30+ years old and original to our home. Although it wasn’t completely shot, we decided it was time to replace the whole unit (as well as our furnace) after the condenser fan went out on us for a second time in 6 years. We called One Air per a mom group recommendation and everyone was fantastic to work with from Laurie at the front desk, to Dan the Operations Manager who quoted us, to Kyle and Brandon, the technician brothers who came out the next morning to replace everything for us. Kyle not only got the job done(he fixed the AC capacitor) he excelled at being a good human. From the time I called to end of service was less than 2 hours. He asked all the right questions and had the parts so no waiting and he was well educated in HVAC services. 10/10
