However, the overall customer service has really gone down hill. I arrived at my appointment 10.mins early, Sarah was on her lunch break (totally fine) but no one greeted me. I was left standing there, and ended up deciding to sit down and just wait until Sarah arrived.
It seems the team environment Ulta once had is really suffering these days, which has created a less welcoming atmosphere.“
