I’m a CNA that brought a senior client to Rooted Culture + Co for an appointment. This client has been seen by the same stylist for years. When we got out of my car, Amanda literally greeted us outside and helped her into the salon. While I waited inside, another team member handed me a MENU and asked for a drink ORDER. What?!?!
She came back within the minute with a cold & refreshing drink from The Thirstea Troll Nutrition who is partnered with Rooted Culture Mt. Horeb. When she handed it to me she told me to let her know if I wanted it refreshed before leaving. ?

Katie was amazing. I had 3 services done with her. The salon is beautiful and the treatment room is very comfortable. She walked me through every step beforehand and during the services. I will absolutely see her again.

I’ve loved experiencing their services firsthand and joining in on fun events like Halloween Witches Night and Galentine’s Ladies Night. The owner, Jacqui, really puts her heart into everything she does—from the fine details in the space to the vibe and deep culture she’s created. It’s welcoming, uplifting, and full of intention.
