This is an awesome environment for my toddlers (4 and 5)! Rob and his team are extremely great with kids and you can tell they love what they do! My kids are always excited for Martial Arts nights. Bonus - he gets their wiggles out right on time for dinner! So they sit and eat - huge bonus for toddlers! 😉 I love seeing my kids grow and learn self defense at the same time 🥰

Love, love, love this CWMAI! 3 kiddos involved and they absolutely love it! Myself and my husband are also in the adult class, I have been coming for years my husband just started. A fun warm welcoming environment! Would recommend everyone that wants to learn self defense to come on down and try it out!

My kids have been attending classes here for the last 2+ years and they love it. It's been great to see the growth in their skills and the maturity and responsibility that comes along with it.
