called em a day ago with a leaking shower valve stem. Explained the situation and what was going on and he was upfront with two different methods to remedy it. Expressed his professional opinion about the best option and was at my house the next day and within 3 hours had my set up complete. he did a fantastic job converting our two handle system into a one handle system.
