Worst company I've ever dealt with. The technicians were very rude during the install, they installed the AC condenser right next to by back patio door, instead of were the owner and I discussed putting it. I spent over 15k on a new furnace and AC unit with this company about 6 months ago. Every person that lives here in Colorado knows we have had a very mild winter so far and have not had any really cold Temps until today. I woke up to a 60 degree house and the furnace not working right. I called the supposed 24 hour emergency number and nobody answered. I did end up receiving a phone call about an hour later and I was told they could send a technician to my house, but I would be charged a service fee. I Mentioned the system is very new and she said the charge was for the technician to diagnose the issue. I guess it's normal for this company to charge for a service call when the unit is only 6 months old. they obviously DO NOT stand behind their work or products they install. ABSOLUTELY annoyed with spending this much money on a new unit, then it not working, then being told I was going to be charged to repair it. do not spend your money with this company. horrible horrible company.
