Toilet plugged up and plunger a total failure. Called at 8am, and customer service was very nice, Daniel was here by 1030, reviewed history from 3yrs ago, explained his work, did his procedure, and the toilet is working just dandy! Appreciate the prompt help and excellent toilet-side manner. They actually have a 7 day warranty so if plugs up again within the week there's no extra charge. Cool. Thank you!
