Wonderful experience at Urban Rituals spa. I treated myself to a much-needed massage, concentrating on upper body shoulder pain and headaches. After leaving range of motion in my arm was much better. I felt so relaxed. I need to make this a more regular routine as the benefits are so worth it

First, I love the space - it's so relaxing and calm and the sheets are gently scented with essential oils (not laundry detergent). Teagan, herself also has a calm and very genuine presence. The massages are the best - my family and I have been going to Teagan for over 5 years now!

Tegan is excellent, both with massage and with facials and waxing. My skin always feels fantastic for days afterward, and I feel rested and relaxed after spending time with her. Her studio is lovely and warm, and very comfortable. I am a client for life. ?
