I found this hairdresser/barber during the Covid crisis. She works alone in her shop and is very careful about Covid protocol. She has a husband with health issues so is careful, not just for customers but also for herself. She also gets headaches and nausea from fragrances so please don't go in with scented clothing or hair products. That's why she doesn't work in a hair salon anymore and added barbering to her repertoire. She works Tuesday and Thursday with overflow on Wednesdays. She only cuts (no colors, perms, styling, etc) and does an absolutely fabulous job! I thought I'd at least need a blow dry to see how it looks. Nope! Perfect every time! And she vacuums off the hair clippings! Leave on your mask. She has a clip to go around your neck below your ears. She keeps records of what you like written on a card which she checks (and adjusts, if needed) every time. I highly recommend her! All this and a great price, too! Plan to wait in your car until she waves you in. She only has two parking spots. She is located across from Monona High School. Fabulous! Just fabulous!

Cathi is able to understand what I want in a cut and then make it happen. Also, the experience of sitting in her chair and sharing a natural and comfortable conversation is icing on the cake!
