This was our first home that we built and did it in a rural area in Presque Isle, WI. Our reason for going with Wausau was that we heard about the high quality of Wasau homes and felt we could count on them to have a team that would keep the project going without delays. They did not disappoint. We are very happy with the quality of work from the structure of our home, design, and all of the work that their contractors did. Wausau Homes/Northern Advantage built our cabin during the snowy winter of 2021-2022. From start to finish the entire team was professional in every aspect. Every change order was dutifully executed, pricing was never an issue, quality was of the highest order. We are happy that our home was built by local trades and tied us to the community.
