I always have such a lovely experience at The Haven on High. The space is beautiful and zen. Renae is a wonderful masseuse. She is attentive and kind. She also has additional knowledge and skills that can be added to your experience like cupping. Additionally, she is a helpful aid for those interested in herbology. Highly recommend!

I had my first massage in over 15 years today with Melody, and it was incredible! The atmosphere was relaxing, the scents were soothing, and Melody’s calm demeanor instantly put me at ease. Most importantly, the massage itself was absolutely top notch. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out for so long. I’ll definitely be making this a regular habit. 5 well deserved stars!

Wowowowowow!!! I saw Renee for a 90 min massage with cupping and some gua sha. I will 1000% make an appointment every time I am in town. She made me feel so relaxed and found every trouble spot I didn’t know I had. She lets you enjoy your massage with just the soothing music in the background and just gently asking if the pressure is good as she moves around to different spots. Highly recommend seeing her when you’re ready for a proper relaxed massage!
