No one can get it right all the time. And no one can please all the people all the time. Still, this place goes above and beyond to do just that. Let someone else worry about how you look for your next presentation. I pick up my clothes from Wolf's, they go into a garment bag and the next people to see that outfit are at my next conference either out of state or overseas. I have full faith in them to do what's right with my clothing. You should as well.

I was in town for work and needed some things dry cleaned. Unfortunately a shirt had a tough stain that was being difficult.
Alex went out of his way to call me and confirm the date I needed the shirt back by. He reaffirmed me they were going to give it some extra attention and get it ready to go.
