Always easy to use the waste disposal site in Franklin. I haven't been to meno falls site in 6yrs they had problems with multiple personnel that couldn't keep up with volume of trucks so would have a bad attitude with customers for years, if the longtime manifest taker wasn't there visiting wasn't pleasant!! Thank you for the Franklin site.

Your services are very dependable and timely. Also, your Holiday Trash/Recycle pickup notifications are very useful and should be also sent via email. Finally, a list of products that should be recycled and examples of specific products that can't be recycled: examples: Wallflower Refills (?), coated paper/cardboard products (?), wrapping paper (?), wrapping tissue (?) Gift Bags (?), etc.
